The 34ft tall, 56ft wide, 100ft long bamboo and steel structure houses interactive video panels that show the different geographical scenes in the Philippines.
Halo-Halo ingredients are grouped according to the area where they are planted and sourced.
Guests see Philippine coral reefs transition from healthy and colorful to bleached white, demonstrating the habitat destruction caused by climate change.
Reef loss threatens marine ecosystems and local fisheries - like agar harvesting for halo-halo’s gulaman - that millions rely on for food.
